  His own family said not to use them. Units put up crooked. Pads have both broke! Builder said they were coming by a month ago to replace them but he had to wait on dav to order the pads. I tried calling the office. A man answered. He could not hear me with all the kids in the background. Would not give his name but he did say he was the owner? Still waiting on a job that should have been finished. Turned it over to the county.

  These units were installed where you and the builder told us to put them, and I stressed at the time that if you didn't build a retaining wall and regrade the yard that the unit would not stay put. You and the builder told me to put them there anyway. After you contacted us, We gave the builder 2 replacement pads to install under the units and that was 6 months ago. We have a very good reputation and try hard to make every customer happy. We did our part and put the units where we were told by you, we are not in the landscaping business and it was not our responsibilty to follow up to make sure you regraded your yard or installed a retaining wall.

  Great company and service!! Although I am family, I may be a little bias 😁 Not sure where the previous person Jodi smith got the idea his family doesn’t use him as I am his family but there is always going to be that one person who you can’t ever make happy because they are probably a miserable person In general.
