  Absolutely Terrible!!! I live in a brand new construction luxury apartment building. I am the first tenant in my unit and have only lived there for a handful of months. In this time my a/c has gone out over 4 times. They keep telling me it is fixed and every time days later the a/c unit just keeps running and running and not cooling at all. I have 0 faith that they will ever figure out the issue. And I am left to suffer in the mean time while paying my rent, electricity bill, and hotel rooms on the days it gets really hot. (I might get reimbursed for my hotel rooms but in the meantime I'm S.O.L.)

  One of their drivers just about ran me off of Kellogg and then preceded to flip me off as they drove by. Pretty telling as far as the type of people this place hires.

  CTS is actively looking into this, we have already started the process. In no way does one employee determine the character of the company. Josh, please call back and speak to me(Pat) if you would like, I cannot discuss disciplinary actions to the employee, but we don't want anything like this to be misapplied to the company as a whole.
