  The Polar Bear/Oliver crew, from the repairer to the saleman to the installers, were prompt, professional, informative, and friendly. They were inquisitive and helpful to make sure all the household needs were met. I assumed a new thermostat came with the heater. It didn’t, but they upgraded me for free. They just installed it today, so I haven’t spent time with the product. But the service was excellent.

  I have been an Oliver / Polar Bear customer for >20 years and have done >$30K worth of work with them. Techs are A+. Really great! Customer service team needs improvement. Took me 3 phone calls to schedule latest service (1 went to VM which was never returned, 1 to a CSR who said she'd call me back in 5 minutes and never did, 2nd CSR finally took my information). Tech came and didn't have part. Said "office" would call me to schedule. No call. I called 2 days later and agent said parts department would call me back. 2 more days go by - no callback. I call again and agent transfers me to "dispatch" where I ended up in VM. Still waiting for a call back after leaving my information. Initiated an on-line "chat" and still waiting for a response. I have never received a return phone call when promised - either from a CSR or from the voicemail system. NEVER. Very frustrating. Shouldn't be this difficult.
