I called Comfort Now on a Friday at the beginning of a 3-day weekend. They were so prompt and courteous. They kept in touch every step of the way. Daniel was polite and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and showed me pictures of my heating equipment. He had all the tools and materials he needed at hand so that my house is now perfectly warm. A follow-up email arrived very quickly with thanks and copies of the pictures and repairs. I would gladly recommend this business to anyone.

Daniel called to let me know when he would be there. He did the work that needed to be done and called me to let me know the recommendations. He was not pushy and did the work that was within my budget. I am on a service plan with Comfort Air so I do not need to remember when my next service is do. They take care of everything, making my life so much easier.

Jose is the technician I had originally, and now I ask for him whenever needed.. he is informed, efficient, and professional and helpful in that he takes the time to answer and explain any questions I have. In addition to being all that, he's a really nice guy and I'm not at all uncomfortable with him being inside my home.. I will ask for Jose ever time I need service from Comfort Now, although I expect any of the others would be just as trustworthy and great! 10 stars!
