  I called them in a panic around 1:00 pm today. I had sewage in my basement and the company was trying to pump the water out and after trying 5 times they told me to call a plumber because something is blocking the pipe and they can't do their job until that gets fixed. By 2:00 Logan and Austin showed up and began to check things out. They came back with bad news telling me they were unable to fix the problem because it turned out to be an electrical problem with the pressurized septic pump. They immediately gave me the name and number of an electrician to call, which I did only to find out that in order for him to do his work that area would need to be pumped out. I call the company who pumped out our septic tank Monday morning trying to explain what I needed and was getting nowhere with her so I asked Logan to talk to her. He told her the urgency of my situation and what needed to be done today. Before they left they did fix my loose kitchen faucet, and they were very sympathetic and felt bad they couldn't help me with my other problem. It is now 4:55 pm and the electrician left and everything is fixed; aside from all the damage to my basement. Without the help from Austin and Logan going the extra mile for me in the short time they were here I know my day tomorrow would have been just like this morning; a flipping crazy show. I can't thank them enough, you both saved my sanity today

  We have had our hot water heater replaced, two clogged drains cleared, a leaky kitchen faucet repaired and an improperly installed garbage disposal repaired by Comfort Experts, Moses Lake. We are 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.

  They're awesome! I had a clog somewhere in the kitchen sink system. I tried snaking it myself, but couldn't get it cleared. I called them in the morning and they showed up that afternoon. They fixed it right up, and the cost was very reasonable.
