Our technician was so very friendly and helpful. He checked everything so make sure our unit was in great condition and problem free. He confirmed that we understood everything that was being checked, showed us his findings and then suggested something we had not considered. He explained that although our unit was under warranty, this didn’t include damage from an electrical surge. He quoted a price, pulled a new model from his truck and installed it. We also had him inspect our tankless hot water heater and offer suggestions on that. He sent a notice to the main office to have a specialty tech contact us since he was working mainly on heating and air. As always, we are very pleased with the service we received. There was a minor scheduling change due to us only needing maintenance when others were completely without heat during this arctic cold snap. But as promised, we were rescheduled, got an updated email reminder and the a notice the day of service to let us know that the technician was on his way. Comfort Experts is our go to place for all of our housing and maintenance needs. Great service, great products and great people.

In 2017, my ac/heat went out. I called these people. Their tech told me it would be more economical in the long run to replace my unit. They sent a salesman out promptly. We ended up purchasing a unit that cost a little over $13,000 because the salesman promised that the warranty was good on this unit for 10 years parts and labor included, that if anything broke it was covered for 10 years. The warranty was the only reason that I agreed to purchase that particular unit for that price. Then the lady in the office had convinced me to buy into their membership program at $29 monthly because having it would put me ahead in line if I needed service and they would do maintenance on my unit 2 times yearly. I paid that for a couple of years and then the office lady canceled it without my knowledge or consent. They never done any of the maintenance or benefits that I was supposed to get with their membership. Every single time that something has needed repairing, its been like pulling teeth to get them to help me. One of their techs left a hole in my floor in 2018. Then this last time at the end of February when I had to call them, I was charged $992 for something that was supposed to be under warranty. Then they tried to make me backpay the membership that I never canceled, the office lady did, it would have been about $1,500 then. I had no choice but to pay as it was 49 degrees in my house and dropping with 3 babies all under 5 living there. These people from the original tech to the salesman to the office lady have done nothing but lie... over and over again to me. Yeah... later on I found out the part to repair the original unit was 69Cents. Im around $15,000 into this unit that was supposed to be more economical for me in the long run. These people will promise you the sun and moon to get your money but when they get your money, they don't care about you anymore. So call someone else, anyone else please!! This is a very short version of what these people have done to me, I could go on and on with the lies they've told me.

Attended the Perfect Academy schooling they offered as Brandy as the instructor where it was an overall great schooling. Instructor is, EXTREMELY, knowledgeable and overall great guy! You can’t go wrong with attending if you’re looking at a career in HVAC.
