  The Comfort Doctor team just finished and upgrade to our mini split heating and cooling system. They did and excellent job, were easy to communicate with, and were nice people to work with. They did and excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and in covering furniture and surfaces from dust and dirt. We would definitely use these guys again.

  Comfort Doctor was recommended to me by my septic company. The septic company had recommended several of its customers to Comfort Doctor and had heard very good feedback. I was extremely pleased with how fast Comfort Doctor responded and how they handled the situation. My problem was that my toilets were backing up. My septic company cleaned out the lines, but told me that I needed to contact a company that would replace or repair the lines. Comfort Doctor came and videoed my lines, showing me all the problems. They were extremely professional and not pushy. They told me what I needed to do and provided me with a bid. In the course of that work, they discovered a gas leak on a line that was outside my house. They came back the next week and fixed that. Again, they were very professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. What I particularly liked was the way the technician communicated, explaining everything in detail, but not using overly technical language. After each visit, I got a call from the front office, asking me if everything was all right. I am very pleased with the level of customer service, as well as the quality of work. I highly recommend Comfort Doctor.

  Comfort Doctor is a great company of integrity. I've known the owner, Richard Marti, from the company's inception. He and his employees have always tried to solve my Heating & cooling or other plumbing problems quickly, efficiently, and at the best price possible. I know they do quality work and they stand behind that work. I trust them with both my home & office plumbing,heating & cooling needs. And they are just plain nice people--great to work with!
