We have used Comfort Air multiple times. They installed attic vents a few years ago and just installed a mini split air conditioner / heat pump unit. They have always communicated in a timely manner, offered good solutions and explained the entire process. The technicians have done excellent work. Super clean & professional. They are very well trained & take pride in the quality of their work. When the technician completed the installation of the Mini Split AC/Heat pump he answered all my questions and gave me a tutorial on how to use and maintain it. He even offered several suggestions and tips for maintaining the unit that were specific for our location & climate. He then asked if I had any other questions. I would highly recommend them. First Class from start to finish.

I had my AC unit repaired three times to finally get it to work even marginally. I ended up spending more than $1400 and follow through was miserable. I also had them do some repairs on our pool. They made us pay a special rush fee - then the part did not come for over a week. they still charged us the fee. the pool was down for two weeks - once again their follow through was miserable.
