Our sales man Jason Norris was friendly and through. The crew was on time and started to work without a sound. They were fast and quiet. They were finished by 3:30pm. They had removed the old unit and duct work. Then set up the new unit. Couldn't ask for better service.
The new heat and air conditioner is so quiet it's just a whisper. We will be Safe Air customers for ever. Thanks again Jason and crew.

Comfort Heating and Air installed a new Air Conditioner and Air Handler for me.  They reconfigured my drain lines and recommended getting getting a shutoff sensor to warrant any water overflow in my drip pan.  I'm glad they did!  My unit filled up the drain pan once but did not overflow.  After calling them, they came out and corrected a drain line install on a weekend and got me running back up to speed.  All the technicians I've dealt with to include the owner have been nothing short of professional!  Highly recommend!

Soooo, I just want to say this company is AWESOME! I literally been calling them all last week because I was smelling smoke (but no smoke). They came twice and made sure everything was fine, up and running correctly. They never made me wait for days. George and Will are amazing! I appreciate you guys so much! The entire team was great to be honest. I appreciate you for coming so promptly when I stated I have a child in the home, that really means a lot to me. We recently bought and moved into a new home in Warner Robins and we’re new to the area. Our new home has two AC units which was brand new to us but we found out that the one for upstairs wasn’t cooling. Since we didn’t know anyone in the area we relied on Google reviews to find a company to help. I called Comfort Air before 7am and received a phone call back from the owner, Bernie, within 10 minutes. He was extremely nice and welcoming and assured me that we would be taken care of that day. Right around 8:30am I received a text that George would be the technician coming to help and he called not long after saying he was running ahead of schedule and would be on his way if it was okay. Of course I told him that was perfect! George was AMAZING! He was at the house for probably 5-6 hours and he wouldn’t leave until everything was up and running. It turned out both AC units had an issue and he was able to resolve both! He was extremely informative and explained things to me in a way I could understand knowing nothing about HVAC. I recommend Comfort Air to anyone needing services. We plan to get on their maintenance plan because once you find a company you trust, you stick with them! Thank you Bernie and George! You’ve got customers in us for as long as we’re in the area!

The most important part of any HVAC is the installation. If it isn't done right the unit will fail regardless of the brand. I had my unit installed in March 2018. The Comfort Air technicians were on time and completed the job within 6 hours. They were extremely meticulous and didn't rush the installation. The Carrier brand I chose has been super quiet and extremely energy efficient. I got a really good price quote. I'd been having electric bills from $275 to $375 per month with my tired old air conditioner. My electric bill has been above $200 only once in the last 24 months. My budget appreciates that!

I had an awesome experience with the guys at Comfort Air. The technicians that came to do my install were very respectful and professional. When they arrived they explained to me step by step what they were about to do before they started. They were very customer friendly and answered all of my questions. They did a very professional job with the install and cleaned up the work area as if it was there own.

In my opinion, Comfort Air is very customer friendly and are very professional in what they do. It is one of the best service businesses that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them!

Quoted me $800-$1,000 to replace a $100 part. Came out to fix ac that wouldnt turn on. Told me that he couldnt fix it because he didnt have the part and it had to be ordered. Told me that he could bypass system upstairs to get us some cool air, as we have to little ones and was hot in our home without ac. We said thanks so much. He went to attic did just that. Then he turned aorund and told me I owe him $125 extra for him going back to attic.WOW! What a scam they have going at this company. Never told me it would cost. Just tried to charge me for it. When I told him I wasnt aware it was a charge just thought it was a courtesy, he got upset with me and had an attitude. He started ignoring me asking questions, and would only speak to my husband and ignored me. I wouldnt use this company ever again.

I would like to apologize for the service you experienced during our visit to your home.   Please know, our goal is to provide our customers with a professional and honest service while doing honest, respectful work.  I spoke with the technician that was there and he was taken by surprise when I shared this with him.  He wants to apologize himself for any misunderstandings that occurred, as he did not have any frustrations towards you, and did not realize he gave off that impression.  It would be very uncharacteristic of him to do so…..
In regards to the cost of the service and repair, please understand you’re paying for the service and not solely the part.  I would like to assume that people understand the cost of running a business and everything that encompasses, but realistically I know this isn’t always the case.  I don’t feel the need to justify our prices but I would like apologize for the misunderstanding of the charges and them not being sufficiently conveyed to you.  There is a $45 travel charge and $50 diagnostic fee.  If the repair is made, the $50 diagnostic fee is absolved into the cost of the repair.  The charge to bypass your entire zone control board, so that you and your family could be comfortable is fair, considering the amount of time we spent there.  However, I do find it odd that you told our tech you didn’t need AC because it wasn’t hot outside, seemingly only after you realized we don’t work for free, and at that point, I questioned why we were asked to come out to begin with.  We DO in fact perform a lot of courtesy work for our customers, such as researching your Honeywell Zone Control Board to find out if it was under manufacturer warranty which would enable us to make the repair significantly cheaper for you.
Lastly, I do sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred during out time at your house and I can assure you that we will strive to continually improve our customer relations.  We train our team to operate with honesty, integrity and professionalism no matter the circumstances and we will surely use this as a training point to eliminate any future discrepancies that may arise.  I hope you have much success with the original contractor that installed your system and would like to express that there are by no means any hard feelings from our end.  While I vehemently disagree and find it offensive, that you would go so far as to call our company a “scam”, I can only tell you that our team at Comfort Air does not, nor will we ever seek to take advantage or overcharge for any of our services.  We are within fair market range on our pricing when you take into consideration all the variables that go into our flat rate prices.  I hope you get your situation resolved and enjoy the rest of your week.

We needed a repair and maintenance per a home inspection while selling our home, Comfort Air got me in that week, followed up with text reminders and showed up at the scheduled time. The cost of my repair and maintenance were very reasonably priced. They emailed the documentation I needed that day for the realtor. Very professional from the receptionist that took my call to the gentlemen who did the repair/maintenance. Will definitely use them again!
