Called ahead to see if the Traeger item I was looking for was in stock. Not only did they call me back when they found it, but they labeled it, held it for me, and even remembered my name. This is my First experience with this Store and it was Amazing! Clean store and bathroom. Helpful Staff, massive selection. My new Go-to!

Very Helpful but did not have what I needed

I much prefer to shop in a small store with a hometown feel which is what Ace Hardware is all about. The answer I was looking for required someone who knows alot more then I do about the types of hardward needed and they needed to be able to think outside the box. The gentlemen who helped me would not give up looking and f ound exactly what I needed. Good service is worth paying a little more. I would still be wondering around the isles at Lowes 4 days later.

Always had a good experience.  Doesn't matter if i spend $1 or $1000, I've gotten the same amount of help. If i can get it there I'll definitely avoid Lowe's or Walmart.
