They are utter total complete frauds... Not only is their customer service terrible (they never even return phone calls) but they purposefully overcharge. I had a toilet malfunction. Their “worker “walked into my home, spent no more than two minutes opened the top of the toilet and said he never saw anything like it. He took a few pictures and left. Considering they never returned my call I scheduled A reputable local company who immediately fixed it. Collins & Walton, also known as Southern tier mechanical sent me an out rages bill for $118.80. They charged me an hour for labor and an hour for travel. Their business is five minutes from my house. I sent them a check for their “travel fee quote of $15. Then they sent me a demand letter. Their business should be closed ... WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!
