I am very happy and satisfied with the service, professionalism demonstrated, asking if I had any questions, and explaining the answers in easy to understand dialogue. Text message letting me know the service technician was on their way was appreciate as I prepared for their timely arrival. The technician was very knowledgeable, very personable, did a thorough and complete job and also explained all my questions thoroughly. I would recommend to anyone to use Colliers for your all of heating and cooling needs.

Richie did a great job, explaining what was needed and how he was going to accomplish it. Gave tips for future use of the gas fireplace: recommendations on products and practical usage that we could follow He was very friendly and professional, using.a dropcloth and vacuum to clean up when done. Would definitely recommend Collier's and Richie.

The technician Jason is awesome. Very polite and very professional. In January we had to have emergency service at 3 AM. The tech that answered was very rude. He asked if I wanted him to come right away. I said yes my house is cold. He snapped back at me and asked if I knew it was 3 AM.? When he arrived he was very rude to both my wife and I. I called the next morning to report this unacceptable behavior. I asked to talk to the service manager. Was told he was unavailable. I asked them to have him call me. He never did. I am so disappointed that your customer service does not care that this tech was out of line. I am shopping currently to take my business else where. Very disappointing.
