Have a leak on water lines on mom's new sink. Wrote a descriptive letter to the repairman /plumber so they can understand the problem as I won't be home when they arrive. Guy shows up, reads my note, gets the story from mom and both sisters as to what the problem is, a slow leak on the supply line hot/cold, which I'm not sure. After turning on valves, the leak takes some time to start. It has a high-pressure hiss and takes some time once turned on to start. All of this was in my note. All of this was told to the plumber by all 3 women. What does the guy do you ask? Replaces the gaskets on the drains and charges my mom, (who is 76), 100 bucks, after being told he was doing the wrong thing. Yes, the sink STILL LEAKS. This company is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER.

I am sorry to hear the you were unsatisfied with our services in anyway. I would happy to correct any unresolved issues, but I need a little more information on the situation. I have looked through our records for the past 6 months and do not show any leaks under sink or at supply lines in that dollar amount. Is it possibly a different Coleman Plumbing? We are located in Edgewater, FL. If the plumber was indeed from Coleman Plumbing in Edgewater I would be happy to try and correct any unresolved issue with the repair at no cost. Coleman Plumbing covers any work performed by the company for 1 year from service date. Please feel free to call Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

About 2 weeks ago a man came out telling us our septic was overflowing and was indeed of pumping. Also told us we had no drain field which both were lies. Apparently he had no idea what he was doing or talking about unless he was just

      Response from the owner

Good Afternoon. I do see where we serviced your address as a no charge under a different name on the 22nd of October. The issues at the home have been an ongoing issue since we begin servicing the address in 2018. I have some pictures from the last service of the hole in the ground where the kitchen sink drains into that might help show what the problem is there if you would like to see them. I am sorry you feel as though the plumber was being untruthful. If you would like to call into the office Monday-Friday 9-4 I would be happy to address any concerns with you and help to clear up any confusion.
