  Brandon and his crew were great to work with. We have a small, steep waterfront lot and we’re concerned we could have a functioning drain field installed. Brandon worked with Panhandle Health to have an approved, permitted system installed. It was obvious Brandon had a great working relationship with PH. He was able to fit us into his schedule and the job was completed in a very timely manner. Thank you, Brandon.

  I had severe damage to my drain field and needed it fixed ASAP. With winter coming and the building boom, I was concerned that I would not find someone reliable or at all. I asked RC Worst for a recommendation and without hesitation they told me about Brandon from CDA Septic. I called late on a Friday and just figured I wouldn't hear anything until the following week leaving me even more anxious. Much to my surprise I got a call back on Saturday! Who even works on weekends in this industry anymore? He does. We met on Sunday, yes Sunday, for an evaluation of the field. Standing there shocked that he was out on a Sunday...he walked me through pulling a permit, mapping fields and easement lines and said he could fit me in even if it meant late days and weekends. WHAT?! Who is this North Idaho Septic Angel? His google reviews were amazing and the folks at Panhandle Health even commented on his character and work ethic...too good to be true? NOPE. My job was complicated by easements and difficult access in an HOA community. Brandon got an engineer on site within days to make sure he could rebuild my system even better than it had previously existed so that I would never need to call him in tears again. I now have a stronger and more reliable system backed by his lifetime warranty. I cannot say enough about his work ethic, kindness, patience, professionalism and attention to detail. If you use this company you will NOT be disappointed or at all concerned about the product you're getting. Brandon's dedication to his company and customer satisfaction are insurmountable.

  Had Brandon and team replace a frozen water line from a lake (submerged pump) to pressure tank shed (200'). We lost all water access when the cold front came in. Within three days Brandon had nailed down permit approvals (crossed a public parking lot) and the team (which are super professional) was on the job digging a new trench and putting in new pipes. He coordinated work with the plumbing company and delivered as promised. Actually did more than the scope. Within 7 business days we had water back.
