  It used to be that plumbing repairs were our most dreaded service call. My husband and I live in an older remodeled home and like many California home owners have to deal with shifting ground. Before we knew about Mike and Nicole just getting a hold of someone and getting them to show up was a chore!! The first time their team came to our home it was a complete 180 degree change in experience for us! Finally, punctual, professional, knowledgeable people who charge a fair price for great work! Mike was able to figure out the cause for a major problem (that no none even noticed before) and come up with a creative and sound solution that ultimately saved us a ton of extra headache and expense. These folks do it right the first time! As a business owner for over 20 years we finally feel like we are treated the way that we treat others. Obviously we quickly switched to using CoCo Drain for all of our business needs as well. Thank you so much Mike and Nicole, Dave, and the rest of your team for taking such good care of us! You are THE BEST!!

  I've called Coco county plumbing quite a few times in the past handful of years. They've always been very prompt and professional. What I like about them especially is that they learn more about your problem when you call in so that they can be as prepared as possible. I've even had to call them over a holiday weekend which they do come out for, at a slightly higher cost. they certainly earned my trust level and I'll always go back to them for my plumbing needs.

  Very honest and skilled technical staff, making you feel you are getting the best priced service. I have used Coco, both for regular plumbing and drainage problems. I don't even shop around anymore knowing I am saving time and money with them. I like their billing structure of labor and material, knowing you are involved in estimating the work yourself, almost like partnering with Coco in taking care of your problem. That might sound ironic, but at times I felt as though I wanted to offer to pay more, as much as I feel the technicians have my interest at heart. Kamran
