  Kevin did an excellent job unclogging my kitchen drain by using an electric-powered snake. He started by removing some skirting and locating all the pipes underneath the home. He knew exactly what to do and how to get the job done. I am very, very happy with his work and knowledge. Cochran Plumbing in Live Oak is my company from now on.

  This company's service tech will round off extra 30 minutes for the labor if he is there another 5 minutes gathering his stuff even though he was already done with the job, plus they charge you to use their tools, They charged me another $125 to use their motorized snake machine claiming this machine cost them a lot of money to buy, so they are charging $125/Hour for labor plus you have to pay for their tools? That's like a mechanic charging you for using his wrenches, So I called the office to discuss the outrageous bill with them the woman there told me she will look it over and call me back I never heard from her , I will never deal with these people again.

  I am sorry you are upset "Sammy Samia" but as it was explained to your wife prior to the use of the machine that it was going to be extra and she said go ahead. I find it a little upsetting that you post a review about the service tech when he went over and above to accommodate you. I will be sure to flag your account with this post. I am sorry you are unhappy with the services but I do believe when the service tech left you were up and running. Maybe in the future you should discuss with what ever service tech you use if you are unhappy with the bill instead of paying the bill and calling the secretary to complain.

  A small leak in our bathroom turned into a HUGE problem and was literally flooding our house. Cochran Plumbing came to our house after 9PM, and they were very kind about it. The gentleman who came to our house was understanding, thorough, and very professional. He fixed our leak in no time. We were worried about a super high bill - especially since it was after business hours. But the price was beyond reasonable. It was a great experience, and I'm super thankful for them!
