  I am the biggest critic on the planet and would never take the time to leaver a review for anyone unless it was a good one. I have had service folks for years come in and out of my house....I have only had one that I thought was worth the value, until today. Coblentz customer service was the best from the trade industry I have ever had. The tech took time to talk to us about each little repair he had to make and why...the why is always important to me. Fixed the water pressure in 5 minutes ( I paid someone $600 previously to do this with no results). If you want integrity, customer service and results. This is the last review you need to read. Coblentz! FYI i have no affiliation with this company other than being a first time super happy customer.

  This is not a review on their work, only on their customer service. We asked them to come give us a quote for a new stack vent back in May when we first bought our house. The man who came out met my husband outside of our house and said he wasn't going to look at anything until we had a roofer come out and look at our situation and then left...never looked at our kitchen or bathroom which were both torn apart because we needed access to the stack vent. We then received a bill from them FIVE MONTHS later for $55 saying we are over 90 days past due. Never received an original bill from them and even if we did, I would question having to pay it because the man literally didn't do anything. Now I am trying to call them back to get this situated, but keep getting their "answering service" which means no one is in the office...even when they are open. Very frustrated and annoyed with the whole situation. We ended up getting a great plumbing service out to the house and it WAS the stack vent that needed replaced...nothing to do with our roof like Coblentz Plumbing suggested.

  I have a property I rent out for short term vacation rentals. It is a luxury cabin in Hartville the sleeps people. It is important that all plumbing is working or I am not able to rent it. I had a grinder pump down and called Coblentz on a Sunday. They called back the next morning and scheduled an appointment immediately. Wendell called me when finished. Texted me pictures of the work down. The office emailed me the invoice all within the same hour. Service was reasonable as I needed a grinder pump repaired, a drain unclogged and a new valve put on a sump pump. I was expecting a bill for $500. It was $300 out the door. Fast service, professional service, great price, prompt communication. I WISH ALL BUSINESSES did what they said they were going to do! Extremely pleased and it was a pleasure to be your customer!
