  When you call, you are answered by the owner named Mike who is nothing short of RUDE. He refuses to transfer the phone call to the relevant realtor assigned to the appropriate MLS number. I have never been so disrespected on a simple phone call in my entire life. All I had were a few simple questions, couldn't get them answered, he also disconnected (hung up) the phone on me!!!

  The first house I tried to buy through this company wasn't even ready to sell because it had title issues, which the broker should have known about prior to listing and it cost me over 10k in damages when they cancelled the contract on me. The house I did end up buying I paid full asking price and it took over a month to do a second walk through and they didnt even want to accomadate that, also they never made the seller clean the house , so instead of moving in this weekend, we get to clean first. This place is a joke, all the care about is getting a sale and a paycheck.

  I bought my condo though this company. Mike eis extremely courteous and friendly . He always available and very informative. I would recommend him anytime.
