  Matt was able to work me into his schedule quickly for an install job. He was always available by phone, he showed up when he said he was going to and stayed until the job was complete. He had a fair estimate initially and stuck to it. He cleaned up after the install and made it look like he and his crew were never there. Very professional.

  Called CNY Property Services because my furnace was making a humming noise when it kicked on. Matt and Josh showed up within a half hour and fixed the problem causing the humming noise. In addition, they took care of a couple other issues that might cause problems in the future. I would highly recommend CNY Property Services- prompt, professional, thorough and the price was reasonable.

  My house froze during the winter 2022 and I called CNY Property service and the did a great professional job repairing the pipes and heating system boilers and radiator. If you need professional help to do a good job i recommend CNY Property service.
