Great job on removing knob and tube wiring from a 120 year old house. They also added ceiling fixtures and outlets where this old house had none. They minimized damage, and that saved us on the plaster/drywall repair. They were very responsive, showed up when they said they would, and held to their pricing. I would definitely recommend them.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the electrician who came to our house. He had a later time, but they knew we wanted to get someone out ASAP since we were selling our home, and so he came even sooner. Judging by the inspection report, they estimated a 3 hour job, but because it is an old house, it took a lot longer than that. He was super friendly with my dog, my cats, and my kids. He didn't act bothered by anything and made a point to update me as he went along. Very professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything as he went, and completed everything on the buyers list they wanted corrected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The price for all that work was less than expected also. If you need an electrician, this is an excellent business to go to.

My experience reflects the other 1 star review that I read on here. The quality of the work I received was top notch. However, the management/billing side of things was something I've never experienced before working with a contractor. I was given an "estimate" of about 3 hours of work plus materials. The first thing they tell you on the phone is that it's 70 dollars for a service charge and 70 dollars per hour of service plus materials. The estimate i received was basically a sheet of paper with a price on it and no breakdown of costs. The estimator verbally told me about 3 hours of work plus materials. Materials were minimal. So the majority of cost was coming from the cost per hour of time to complete the job. The contractor providing the work completed the job in 2 hours versus the 3 hours given in the estimate. However, the estimate was not adjusted, and i was still charged for the additional hour of work that was not needed, bringing the total charge per hour from 70 dollars per hour to 105 dollars per hour plus the 70 dollar service charge and materials. On the phone I was told that this was still "fair" price and the bill would not be adjusted. I thought the only 1 star review I read on here was probably over-exaggerated, as it was the only 1 star review I saw on here, but it was basically my experience on the dot. Good service, but absolutely terrible and unexpected billing management. Upon completion, I also wasn't even given a breakdown of materials used and service time. The technician also wanted payment before he left. For a job that was so small and the 70 dollar service time adjustment I was expecting them to make on the bill, they were very inflexible. Like the other 1 star reviewer, I will also be taking my electrical needs to the Indianapolis area in the future, as I've lost confidence in the way management handles their "estimates" and billing procedures. FYI this is the first contractor I've ever worked with that operated this way on holding firm on an estimate and demanding payment before the technician left. All other contractors have always adjusted up or down based on additional/reduced materials and additional/reduced service time and would send a bill in the mail at a later date reflecting the exact payment. In my past experiences with other contractors, I've happily paid above estimates and even more happily paid below estimates. I was told over the phone that if the job had taken more time to complete that I would not have been charged for that time, but my confidence in that statement is minimal at best, as I know of zero contractors that wouldn't jump at the opportunity to bill for additional time.
