  I would like to provide a positive review for CMP as they are local. My experience would say to use local contractors when possible. Received no response from CMP after leaving a message on 2-1-22 indicating a need for a full kitchen remodel including moving several fixtures. Never received a response. Left a subsequent follow up on 2-14-22 curious about the lack of response. Nothing.... I cannot provide a critique on the quality of the workers as they will never step foot on my property. The first expectation for any business after leaving a message is a timely response. I see no reason to consider using this business and will gladly share my poor experience with my community acquaintances.

  CMP referred me to another person who could do the required annual backflow test at my home. CMP said they weren't doing backflow tests, but recommended this particular person The person who did come out unfortunately had her pet dog in the car and as the tester was checking our system the dog got out of the car, ran around the property and then urine marked the property where my dog likes to call her own. Uh oh, upset wife, upset dog = upset husband. Needless to say, we will be looking for a different tester next year Not happy. I don't blame CMP, but this review box popped up with their company name.

  Hi Jay. We had nothing to do with the Backflow testing or the company that you hired to do it other than a referral. We would very much appreciate it if you removed this review on our company because it gives not her but us a negative review to customers that are looking for plumbing service. We are sorry that your experience wasn't good with the Backflow company as we have never heard any bad things about the company but we would appreciate it this review would be removed and put in the correct company accordingly.   We had several issues that needed work on a new place we purchased “as is”. A few trips by the plumbers were necessary to get the parts ordered, received and installed. Twice they were given the wrong parts, but they patiently reordered until everything arrived and they were able to install or repair everything very quickly. They kept us updated as progress was made and kept to the schedule when it was in their control. I highly recommend CMP plumbing. They are a very pleasant and professional group to work with.
