  This company SUCKS in quality of work and customer service! They advertise for 24/7 service but won’t answer or return calls. Not a way to run a business. They cracked the vinyl siding on my home and didn’t even say anything about it. Repaired a frozen pipe and left the remainder of the pipe frozen, and what happened??? When the pipe thawed it leaked and flooded my house AGAIN!!!! I informed them of what happened and haven’t heard anything else from them. If you’re looking for plumbing service take heed and look elsewhere. Believe the reviews that tell of their terrible service. I wish I had checked the reviews first. Lesson learned!!

  This place of business SUCKS!! How they are still in business is truly unbeknownst to me...I called my home warranty company and placed an order due to my hot water heater going out, which THEY assigned Clyde McManus, they also told me that they had called and spoke with a staff member who assured they would have a tech out that same day at or around 1-3pm. This were on a Thursday. After taking off from my office for half the day to be there for their arrival, come 4pm no call/no show, I called the company and spoke with a Brittany who told me that they were running a tab bit behind, so allow him until about 5pm. Okay cool, 6pm rows around, still no call/no show from Clyde McManus tech. Again, I called and spoke with Brittany, who apologized, stated he (the tech) were caught up at a job that took longer, surely he will be there at 7pm...after 8pm came, again no call/no show; I gave up. Called my warranty company again, the following morning (Friday)...of course LIVID!! Requested another service provider, but were told it would take another 24hrs before the new provider is required to call. So they called Clyde McManus left a voice message as I too contacted them the ENTIRE DAY with NO success at reaching anyone NOR a returned call. So needless to say, we went the entire weekend with NO RUNNING HOT WATER IN MY HOUSE!! I called the warranty company Monday morning...insisted on a new service provider and explained in DETAIL WHY, only for someone from Clyde McManus to beep in during my phone conversation with the warranty company to NOW attempt to schedule a time to come out for service. I were then given a new plumbing company NON STOP DRAIN CLEANING who called me within the hour to schedule to come out to my house SAME DAY. It pleasured me to call Clyde McManus back and ask them to kiss me entire....(you fill in the blank)...This company should be closed as they do not provide any service (customer) thus; not providing good business.

  Came out 3 weeks ago for a shower drip, left with no hot water in 2 bathrooms and a leak inside the wall and missy cut a hole in the walls of 2 showers that was too big. Came back to fix the hot water and only fixed one of the problems so one shower was left without hot water. Left a dirty mess that we had to clean. Said she wld be back with 2 mistake plates and never came. Spoke to the owner and said he would come fix it. He knew a whole week in advance about our mistake plate issue. Came out and didn’t have it, said he had to order one. Why he didn’t order one the begin with I don’t know considering he had videos and pictures. Shower has another leak and the knobs were very loose, screws were not screwed in securely. Water is leaking out into our bathroom floor so we can’t use that shower. They tell the insurance company that it was not their fault. We had no leaks upon their arrival. Crappy job and refuse to answer the phone but also tells the insurance company we don’t want them back in our home to fix the repairs. I mean do I need to get a lawyer and phone records? My husband is sitting here right now calling their “ 24 hour business “ with constant voicemails and no return calls.
