  I called on a Saturday afternoon because my hot water heater was not working. Danny came at the time he said he would, which was very prompt . Not only that, he took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the water heater and discussed all of the options available to me. Superbly professional. Reasonably priced too. He will be my plumber from now on!
