  Danny was super nice, and frankly worked tenaciously for 3 hours at what can only be considered a hard and unpleasant job - cleaning a stinking, root clogged 100+ year old sewer drain pipe down in my dank basement. Turns out I have bigger problems with my 100 year old magnolia out front and its root system, and Clog Pro is coming back to look further and give an estimate for some major pipe repairs. I understand that this is likely going to be an expensive job, but I'm super impressed with them so far, and motivated to give them my business solely based on this afternoon. Danny is awesome. Recommended.

  As an owner for a local UPS Store, I found the service technician to be very professional and respectful to my staff and my customers as he came in and out of my building with his equipment. He detailed the job he preformed, for the commercial building nicely. He had my issue resolved in less than 24 hours of my phone call.

  I will give two stars because at least someone was there to answer the phone for the 24 hour emergency call. I called around 11am on a Saturday and was told sorry they can get to us on Monday. I called several places with the same outcome advertising 24 hr and the only place that was true service was Roto-Rooter they were there within 2hrs and had the drain cleared in about 1hr so that the Christmas party did not have to be canceled.
