  Been having some issues with my Heat pump and called Climatrol, they came out and checked out the system and found that the issue was with my thermostat. System was back up in running within 15 minutes! Great value and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

  Talk about service. We had a small issue with our system on Thanksgiving Day. Mark came out at 8am to make sure everything was good to go before all our company came! He was quick, professional and so kind!

  I have had problems with the two prior companies to fix my heat pump. Hendershot broke my perfectly fine heatpump during a Seasonal cleaning and never came back to fix it. Zach had the Knack to fix seamlessly what Hendershot and an "Angie" listing were not ept to do. He was friendly. He explained things to me. A good technician is getting harder to find these days. Thank God above I did not have to have a new one INSTALLED. Zach was a Blessing. He deserves a raise in my book.
