  The owner Brad was very responsive to my water leak emergency out here in Fort Mitchell. He called me back within five minutes of my call to advise me of when a service tech would be out here. Service tech Jed arrived within thirty minutes and found the leaking underground water leak approximately 20 minutes after arriving in my front yard. After digging up the ground to get to the pipe, he repaired it within about ten minutes and now I have a perfectly repaired pipe with a warranty! I have my water back on and can use it as normal without waiting. I did call around, and the other two companies I called told me that they could not be here until Friday afternoon, so Clearwater Plumbing was my best decision ever I made for this house I lived in for three years. Jed was very professional and courteous; he showed me the water leak as well as the broken connection. I felt bad for Jed because he arrived clean however, left muddy. He had to scoop out water and mud by hand to get to the broken pipe, but he did it without complaint and he did it quickly. I WILL always use Clearwater Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs, and will tell ALL my family, friends, and neighbors if they ever have any plumbing issues to call Brad or Jed at Clearwater Plumbing first and only to get their problems fixed the first time and promptly. Thank you again Brad and Jed at Clearwater Plumbing!!!

  Pipe bust and called Clearwater Plumbing. Ted came repaired same day. Very friendly, gave a ballpark estimate over the phone. If I need them again. Will definitely call again. Thank you we really appreciate y’all getting our water pipe fixed in a timely manner!!

  My wife and I returned from running errands to find a pipe behind the water heater leaking. Called Clearwater Plumbing and they were at the house repairing the leak within an hour of my call to them. They were very professional, courteous, and very fairly priced. Extremely satisfied. I will be keeping their number on file for any future needs.
