  I have found that Clearwater pools to be extremely unresponsive and pays little or no customer service, although they do provide a lot of lip service. I had stopped in at Clearwater pools office/showroom to schedule a summer pool opening. At first the owner informed me they did not service Edenton area; however, after I informed him he had installed the pool he would schedule the opening the upcoming week. t's been two weeks since they had said they would come out, without a phone call or contact to say they couldn't make it. Extremely dissatisfied with the company. I would rate them lower; however, one star is the lowest Goole has.

  Staff is very friendly and helpful. They came out to my house to check my pump and get me started for the summer. Very reasonable prices.

  A great place to get chemicals you specifically need, get your pool or spa water tested with professional advice. They appear to be a great place to get parts repaired or replaced. If they don't have what your looking for, they'll be happy to order what you need.
