Clear Water Plumbing has excellently resolved plumbing needs in my rental condo on two different occasions. Both times they efficiently diagnosed and solved the problem -- once with my kitchen sink and the other with my washing machine. Their rates and service commitment are transparent and fair. I highly recommend.

Total pros!!!! Their prices are very fair for their time and expertise. Jay is able to assess any and all crazy plumbing situations and come up with a plan that makes sense to resolve the issues at hand. Everyone we’ve been in contact with from Clear Water Plumbing has been such a pleasure to work with and they’ve been so patient with our condo association. I’d highly recommend them to anyone with small or large plumbing repair needs!

I contacted your business for emergency service in Glenwood, IL. I received a call back and was given a quote. I agreed to the quote. The plumber that was going to do the work called me back and told me he was in the next town over (Lynwood, IL). He got to our residence within 15 minutes. Everything was running smooth. When I answered the door to let him in, I noticed he was not wearing a mask (I was wearing a mask). I politely requested that he put on a mask because we have an unvaccinated minor child in the residence. He informed me that he did not have a mask, but that he would just keep his distance. I did not understand this rationale because he was going to be in an indoor environment where the potential spread of the virus is much more likely. I offered to provide him with a mask. He refused, stating that a mask causes his glasses to fog up. I was left with no choice but to turn down the service from your company. Instead of getting the service to address this issue promptly (as your website advertises), Lavelle (your plumber) could only offer me the option of scheduling an appointment for possibly Monday, which would mean I would be left without a properly functioning kitchen sink all weekend. It is inexplicable to me that your company would not have some sort of mask policy for its employees, especially since their jobs require them to often enter the homes of your customers. We have been in the midst of a pandemic for nearly two years. Anyone viewing their local nightly news should be more than aware of the seriousness of this virus, as well as the ease of which it could spread. Although people have a right to chose whether or not to wear a mask, they also have the right to request strangers wear a mask in their personal space. Furthermore, I would think that respectable businesses, and their employees, would understand and respect these simple safety precautions. This is disappointing, to say the least. I absolutely will be rating this company poorly on every website I have the opportunity to do so. Others should be aware of this company’s lack of respect for the most simple request from their potential customers.
