  I had a toilet leak that was flooding my neighbors ceiling. I was out of town unable to go see the damage. Picked this company based on the reviews. I was scheduled with Luis. Before any inspection he tells me in order to see where the leak is coming from we need to remove the ceiling downstairs - but first we need to test for asbestos. I had to schedule for asbestos test and it came positive. The. Hired a company to remove the asbestos ceiling. I spent $2k before they can even identify the leak. Red flags everywhere. Luis comes back and tells me he used his camera and found the leak is from the toilet flange. Quotes me $3700 to replace it! Says if i dont go with their company i owe them $400 for finding the issue! (I thought they said free estimate- dont fall for that). Well, it was Sunday and my neighbors ceiling was open, i wanted to get the issue fixed asap so that everyone can use their bathroom. I asked Luis if he can reduce the price because it was so much money - right away he came down to $3200 and said they will deduct the $400 for inspection (they never did). The work was done in less than 3 hours according to my neighbors who sent me updates. I paid the invoice without realizing the $400 initial fee for finding the leak was not deducted. I called and asked for a detailed invoice. The invoice i was sent was far from detailed and I was never refunded that fee. I spoke to Tony who tried to defend the $3200 charge to change a toilet flange. Please be aware. I would recommend to look for a honest plumbers. I definitely feel robbed by this company. They took an advantage of my situation when i need someone i could trust. Costly lesson for me.

  Had leaking water heater. Called Cleanout Kings since they did great work in my shower plumbing. Bobby was the one to show up. He was very quick to find the issue and explain in detail. He immediately worked with us in getting a replacement and get the work done that same day. Pricing was more than reasonable. He installed our new water heater went over instructions in full detail and made the whole experience 5 star one for me and my wife. I'm telling you, these guys are the best in the area. Will continue to be a customer, hoping that the next issue we have is a smaller one lol.

  We bought our first home and one of our projects was to find help for the plumbing. After researching different companies online, we called Clean-Out Kings for a quote. They were flexible with scheduling and provided a detailed quote based on what we needed done. They were able to handle both water plumbing and gas plumbing, AND we got a great rebate on a tankless water heater! Brian and Angel were really friendly and helped explain what they were doing, as well as provided an estimated timeline for completion. On a 4 day project, they finished a day early. As with any renovation of a 50+ year old house, they identified some issues that we were not aware of. One being the roots blocking our sewer pipe. Brian quickly identified the problem area and explained to us our options, including pricing breakdown. We opted for the more permanent solution to protect our sewer line. They managed to dig, clean, and install the liner all in one day. Thankfully with their expert guidance, this is an issue we will no longer have to worry about. Since we have been doing a lot of the other home improvements ourselves, Brian let us know they have additional flexible scheduling for when they need to come back for the finishing touches.
