  What a great experience! We're new to septic systems and John was super patient with our questions and answered every one of them. He was very friendly and professional. We'd highly recommend this company!

  I honestly don't know what I expected, as I don't spend a ton of time pondering, "What is it like to have our septic tank pumped?", but I have to say I was blown away by the service we received from Clean Earth. Booking the appointment was easy. Their office staff was very responsive. The tech who arrived at our home was on time, genuinely friendly, and considerate (we had arranged for the truck to park in our neighbor's driveway for easier access to our system, but he was concerned he might damage one of their tree branches so he elected to not even try it, making his life more difficult, but ensuring the property of others stays intact.) After he was done emptying our tank, he took the time to show me how it worked, explain how often the tank should be emptied, and what a future problem area could be. All while not trying to upsell us or freak us out about pending emergencies. Finally, he explained what to do in case an emergency should pop up (you can contact them 24-hours a day) and went on his merry way. Getting the septic tank taken care of is usually something you don't think about until you're in your basement knee-deep in poo (or hear about that experience from a friend.) Soooo, before you have to bleach your basement and the memories of that clean up from your brain, give Clean Earth a shot.

  Such a positive experience working with Clean Earth Septic Service! From the office workers and scheduling, to the friendly fellow who came to do the work, all around pleasant experience. The price is fair, they are an honest local business, and they take the time to answer questions and give a thorough explanation of the in's and out's of septic mechanics. I feel totally confident with their work. And the positive attitude and friendliness of the technician made my day quite a lot happier, too! 100% recommend Clean Earth Septic Service. We will absolutely be calling them for all of our future septic services.
