I have used Clean Delaware for Septic Service for the past 10 years, this is the 2nd time they out same day when we really needed help! Henry Casey was fantastic, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thank you as always! Tim

It’s been a year and our driveway is still torn apart and poorly fixed by them!! They came out to install a new septic and completely tore apart our driveway! Then refused to pay to fix it and when they finally fixed it, there were cracks all in it two days after it had been laid. It was raked every which way and highly uneven causing the driveway to look disgusting. They’re refusing the fix the back pad that they cracked in front of my realtor along with our new neighbors. The crew left chip bags and cigarette butts all over my driveway and all in my garden. Was also hung up on by reception because I was calling to complain for the 3rd time just wanting to figure out why it want fixed. To this day the driveway still looks terrible and continues to crack.The project manager or whatever was so rude and said it was fixed “properly”.

This weekend, I have an event scheduled at a public place. They were kind and courteous on the phone to schedule the delivery. When there was a blip in communication, they were quick to make things right. Marciello was my delivery guy. He was prompt, courteous, and had the porto potties placed exactly where I needed them. When it was discovered that two of the porto potties didn’t have an ability to have a padlock placed on them (the event is on Sunday, and we needed to lock them until then), the dispatcher listened to my worries, and had Marciello come back promptly to rectify the issue. Based upon the fact that they acknowledged anything with which I had concern, listened to those concerns, and were quick to act upon said concerns, I would use them, again.
