  Our disposal was very clogged. Chris was very responsive and arrived on time. He worked hard and was very neat. He fixed the disposal and related drainage issues. His charge was reasonable. Chris also made some helpful suggestions. He was professional and friendly. I highly recommend him.

  Would like to leave a better review for Chris, as he was very prompt and communicated well at first. He arrived at the agreed time and let me know what issues needed addressed and let me know a part was needed to fix the shower leak. He asked to come back the next day and this is when the problem starts. I called him two times the next day with VMs and I got no response. I then texted him which he didn’t reply to. Another week has passed and I called one last time to just ask if he was going to complete the work or not so I can just move on to another plumber, and that went to VM too. So, all in all, I’m pretty disappointed at the lack of response, follow up, and professionalism.

  Chris was a nice guy and arrived on schedule, but the services he performed a few weeks ago were a disaster and ended up costing us quite a bit of money. He installed two new faucets in our upstairs bathroom and two new drains in our upstairs tubs. Everything went smoothly, or so we thought. About 2 days after the work was done, we noticed the ceiling in our laundry room (right below the master bath with one of the new drain Chris had installed) had wet spots. There was also water dripping from the ceiling. I called Chris multiple times and left messages, at least four. He did not return my calls and we were forced to bring in another plumber, Drain Master, to assess the situation. They advised the drain had been installed incorrectly and that one of the pipes had been cracked during the installation. Drain Master did a nice job of fixing our problem. However, we ended up having to have a large piece of our ceiling removed in order to complete the repair on the drain. After their work was completed, we needed to then pay for someone to come in and repair the ceiling. That was followed by hiring a painter to come in and repaint everything. All of this ended up costing significantly more than a simple drain installation. In spite of all of this, I made the decision not to leave a negative review. But then two days ago, we used one of the new faucets Chris had installed (for the first time) and ended up with another mess. The faucet leaked and there was water everywhere. All of the storage containers under the sink were filled with water and all of our stuff was soaked. Now we need to bring in Drain Master for a second time to clean up one of Chris's messes. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I would truly not want anyone to go through something like this.
