  Chris Clark and his apprentice or journeyman (not sure which), James, converted old galvanized water pipes to PEX and did some other plumbing work at a few of our rental properties recently. Chris was responsive by phone and by text. Chris arrived when he said he would to quote each job, and he and James showed up when expected to do the work. Chris appropriately challenged us on a few points where we were trying to cut costs, and he provided practical recommendations and perspective on each job - and did not try to sell us on add-ons. Chris's prices were reasonable, and he and James did a great job for us at each of our rental properties. Chris was recommended to us by a local Public Works employee, and we are very glad that we connected. Chris and James were a pleasure to work with, and we plan to have them help us with any future plumbing needs we may have.

  Very unprofessional. The plumber made an appointment, and then just no showed, and didn't return calls.
