  Randy was great! I bought a new house and Randy came out to inspect my furnace and air conditioner. He answered all my questions and made some recommendations .

  Chad came to our home to check our bathroom plumbing. Due to construction problems,he was not able to change a bathtub faucet. He told us exactly what we should do, stopped the drip and gave my husband some tips on shut-off valves. He did not charge us a dime. I tried to pay him for his time,but he refused. Great guy and very friendly.
