  Called for frozen faucet repair. They kept saying they were on the way.... 3 days in a row. They quit answering my calls. I called from my wifes phone and they immediately answered. They never did show up. After 4 days without wayer, I called someone else!

  Called late for an emergency service and he took the address and name. He said he would have his service guy come out after his other 2 stops and it got really late. I messaged him and he said his service tech would call when he was on his way and he never called or text and never showed up!! We called him this morning and now he won't answer his phone or text me back!!

  He came out once and did a great job installing a hot water heater and unclogging the main pipe out to the septic tank. Then a year later we had the same pipe clog and he came out and didn't fully get it unclogged. When I asked him to come back he just kept stringing me along saying he'd be here and then he wouldn't show up or even call. 3 days straight of him saying he'd be there that day then never showing and we finally said screw it.
