I've been using Citywide Plumbing for a couple years and they always get the job done whether big or small. Johnny is very knowledgeable and always helps me to understand the problem he's fixing. His rates are great, he's honest and always on time! Highly recommended :)

My water heater was leaking and my neighbors highly recommended Citywide Plumbing. I gave them a call and Tung and Joey came out to replace it, they did a great job!!! and they installed a good quality water heater. I couldn't be happier choosing Citywide Plumbing!

We hired Citywide Plumbing to fix a clogged toilet. After multiple visits and hundreds of dollars, they were unable to fix the issue. We ended up hiring another company that was able to fix the issue immediately and at a fraction of the cost. When we expressed dissatisfaction to Citywide, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. We would not recommend hiring them and would encourage others to do the same.

Eric, We are very sorry you we're disappointed with the service, that's always not good to hear as we do take pride in providing great service and the right plumbing solutions. In your situation we do have to stand by the fact that we followed our normal operating and diagnosing procedures. It is unfortunate that you had bigger plumbing issue in your condo's plumbing and we understand how frustrating and expensive that can be but please keep in mind that we did not cause it. Our only goal is to resolve it for you, we follow steps to diagnose issues that take time and we must charge for the time and services provided. You feel the other plumber was able to fix it in one trip and we didn't, that's because when you shopped around for a cheaper quote for the repair, which is fine. You provided the other plumber with all the information we produced with our camera inspection so therefor sure he had all the info it took us time to get. We value all our clients and losing one is a very serious issue for us. Anyone talking the time to read this please understand that we always have the clients best interest in all aspects at all times and we have no reason other then to continue to provide the best possible service we can.
