  I highly recommend City View for quality residential plumbing and heating repair. We have been using them for 20 years and they have always been prompt, polite, and fair with their repair charges.

  We just moved to town and desperately needed a plumber for some issues in our new home. Not knowing any plumbers in town I decided to google plumbers and ran across this company. I called and they immediately set me up with an appointment. I received a text message confirming the appointment. They arrived when they said they would and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. About a week later I had another issue. Called City View Plumbing and again received immediate service. The same plumbers I had before arrived and I knew that I was in good hands! Again they quickly diagnosed the problem and will fix it once the part comes in. Nobody loves water leaks or plumbing problems. I now have peace of mind that this company will always be there for me in a time of need. I will definitely recommend them highly to anyone looking for a plumber or having plumbing issues. Kudos to a very well run company!

  Update 2/20/21 - Steve quickly reached out to address our concerns and offered a generous refund. He also agreed their internal communication needs to be improved. Again, we are pleased with the work done and will consider using City View Plumbing in the future. Initial Post: The actual plumbing work performed by Dan was great. The communication back and forth with Steve was terrible as he did not return calls when he said he would and left messages unanswered for two weeks. They also overbilled. They came out and looked at the job, took pictures and sent an estimate after reviewing the work. The estimate included a long list of materials including pipe, fittings, a tee, a pressure switch, a valve and a pressure gauge. The only pieces that were actually installed for the job were some pipe, 90 degree fittings and one valve. As Dan the plumber left he said "The bill should be much less than the estimate as we didn't do most of what was quoted". When I talked to Steve he said he needed to talk to Dan. Finally after two weeks he called me and sent a new bill for $170 more than the estimate!!! Even though they installed fewer parts and created their estimate after reviewing the job in my home! Safe to say we won't be using these guys again.
