  RJ was excellent. He was very professional, and able to fix our issues quickly. Also, being immunocompromised and pregnant, I was very pleased to see him wear a mask and gloves while here. I am very happy with the service and will definitely call them again if I have future issues!

  Called and let them know I had a clog in the line outside and also a leak from the sewage pipe just outside house that needed to be repaired. A nice young man was sent out and he tried to unclog but couldn't and he said owner would have to give estimate and repair line. Had this been my only septic tank and bathroom in house, I'd be screwed because young man said if owner doesn't call me within a week, to call them. So I spent $200 for the young man to pull my toilet up and try to unclog a drain and I was still left with nothing fixed and no call from anyone else for an estimate to repair. The only reason I'm giving three stars instead of one is because the young man was on time and he was very friendly.

  I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you about this estimate. I tried to complete the estimate from the pictures the technician took to help you as soon as we possibly could, but I needed to take another look at your home due to the possibility the line went under the driveway. I should have called to give you an update that we were indeed working on the estimate. Hopefully we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

  RJ came out to fix a couple backed up drains. Great service! He was professional and courteous, Cleaned up after himself, Reasonable cost of service, will definitely recommend and use again.
