  I have worked with Karen in Clayton on three project and going to make it 4 shortly. I have always appreciated the professionalism of the staff, knowledge and selections available. My husband has bought 2 Generic Generators for two different homes. They have delivered as promised. Can’t wait to collaborate with Karen on my next project

  These guys are so expensive They made a trip to our place charged us $170 trip fee and $115 for an hour work which I know they were not there that long because all they did was adjust the flute in our oven and remove an oven mat that I had put there to catch any over flow from pans The trip fee didn’t even include any work time at all So for a job that took less than 30 minutes we were billed $285

  Based on our records the charges were agreed upon before the work was performed. We will be happy to discuss this further with you when the payment is made for the service provided. Below is the job log for what work was done. Called 30-45 mins ahead of time and left a message because the client did not answer the phone. Upon arrival we did not have a gate code. We drove an additional 15+ minutes up the road to get phone service. Called client back left message as they did not answer again. Then after 10-15 more minutes called back and they answered. Client provided gate and door codes. Arrived on sight had to turn gas on at outside tank, then back at the unit, client had a cover on the bottom of the range covering vent holes that did not allow for proper air/fuel burn. Removed and instructed client that they could not block those vent holes. After removing that and bottom pan found that burner was not igniting properly and not burning at capacity less than 1/2 was ignited. Adjusted air shutter for bake and broil burner for proper burn pattern. Put oven back together and waited an additional 30+ minutes for the unit to come up to temp and cycle at 350°. While I was waiting for oven operation adjusted all surface burners because the flame was too high. Then turned gas back off when departing client house. Whomever did the LP conversion did not adjust the burners and air shutters correctly and the client stated they had waited past their warranty period before calling about the issue to be corrected.
