When my hot water heater started leaking I called half a dozen plumbers. Ashley was by far the most knowledgeable and responsive. He is the only one that asked if I was able to shut off the water valve. The ball valve was faulty, so when I couldn’t get it shut off, he came over and took care of it late that night. I called Saturday night, right after he had sold his last 50 gallon, but rather than brushing me off, he found one and was able to get it installed first thing the next morning on Sunday. He also gave me a price over text, so I knew what to expect. In this day and age, it is such a relief to work with someone who is knowledgeable, empathetic, and provides excellent value for a reasonable price. I highly recommend City Creek plumbing, you will be well taken care of.

Ashley is seriously someone I trust 100 percent with our plumbing issues. We’ve used him twice now and have called him for his opinions about issues multiple times now. Every time he is so helpful and upfront. If you need him to come he’ll get you in as soon as he can. For us he came the same day and the very next day. He gets it done quick and done right. He is very knowledgeable about everything we needed. He answers his phone almost always, if not and he’s busy, hell text me quick to make sure things are good. He gives you his honest opinion over the phone. We had him replace our water heater and he did it so quick so we didn’t have cold water for long. He also gave us a great company to call when we had water damage. He then fixed our leak the moment the water damage was cleaned up. We are just so happy we found him because we always know we will be taken care of. Ashley is Genuine, transparent and professional.

Ashley was professional, prompt and very affordable. I called him early on the morning of New Year’s Eve and he came out immediately. He found the source of the leak, quickly repaired it and charged an extremely reasonable rate. He was very personable. I will continue to use his services in the future.
