  Dillon came out to inspect our septic tanks and see if they needed to be drained. The inspection resulting in everything in great condition minus needing to be drained. He was extremely polite and explained everything he was doing. We made an appointment for him to come out the next day to drain the tanks. He called to tell to tell us he was headed our way. I highly recommend this company and specifically Dillon, if you have any septic needs. If you want someone who is honest and professional they are your company and he is your technician .   Good communication. Timely scheduling. Technicians knowledgeable. Conventional septic clean out. Not cheapest however worth price difference. Tank location minor digging to uncover lid(included in price compared to others slightly less but charging for digging). Done in less than hour 1K gal tank. Will use again.

  New to Garden Ridge area and needed septic tank cleaned and inspected. Neighbors recommended Cisco Septic and I’m glad I went with them. Frank and his crew did an amazing job and very professional. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks Mr. Frank !
