  They said they would call first before coming and they didn't, then claimed they came and pumped my tank and I didn't answer the door when I was home all day. They don't take credit or debit and I drove all the way in town to get cash the night before, and they expected me to drive the cash to them the next day but I have no idea if the job was even done since I didn't see them AT ALL!

  You requested that we pump your septic tank on Thursday, 4/23/20. My Uncle called the number you provided at 8:04 AM and proceeded to your home. On arrival, they knocked on your door numerous times and no response. Observing that the septic tank lid was dug up and ready to go, they pumped the septic tank. We assumed either you guys were sleeping, busy, or perhaps did not want to be in close contact with us during the pandemic. We knocked on the door several more times and before finishing the job and leaving, my Uncle called the number you provided at 9:10 AM. At 10:10 we disposed the waste water at City of Quincy WWTP. I have the dumping report and will gladly share it with you. My father drove to your home later and you paid him in full. We appreciate the work and apologize for any inconvenience we caused you.   Very prompt response and traveled out of normal range to get to this. Would definitely recommend
