  We had an excellent experience initially with the owner-Chris & Scott-plumber. They responded quickly & did great work. We had to order a part to complete the job (reverse osmosis system), and we scheduled the project. The plumber never showed up. The owner never responded to 2 calls with voicemails. Beyond frustrating when this happens.

  Chris (owner) picked up on the first ring and had someone scheduled immediately. Scott showed up promptly the next morning, explained my options and had me up and running within an hour. Probably should have inquired about the cost at that point as in my opinion total cost was a bit pricey. That being said work was quality, and Scott answered all questions to my satisfaction.

  Super disapointed. My review is not a reflection of my opinion on his work, but rather, his professionalism. I called Christian plumbing after a few recomendations. He agreed to come out to my home to give me a quote. He was scheduled to come on a Saturday between 10 and 11 A.M. I waited until 12P.M. to give him a call. He did not answer his phone so I left a message. He never called me back. I waited until 1P.M. and gave up. Very unhappy I wasted most of my day for this guy to not show up or even give me a call and let me know he wasn't gonna make it. Or even return my voicemail. A few weeks later, and I still have not heard from him.
