  Good price for repairs. Slow on scheduling. Partly our fault. I wish they would give you a definite time and schedule. Very vague. The plumber Al was very polite and completed the job in a timely fashion.

  I sent them an email on Dec 9th with instructions of what I needed. I did this based on the prior time I had them out to fix something. I called them the week of Jan 4th to see if they had it done, as I would need to bring some addition parts and pieces over if they had got the work done, they said they had not got the work done. I asked how much longer and his reply was give me a couple weeks and we should get it done... 3 weeks have passed and the work has still not been done. I just called them and he could even tell me when he could get me on his schedule. He then recommended I find a different plumber. What? Yeah... never again will I deal with these clowns.
