  Let me tell you WOW! Boss man was great when I called him yesterday 3/16/22 He FaceTimed me to see what’s going on and to get an idea what’s happening. I don’t know any company that’ll FaceTime you. I’ve had two plumbers out before they were very expensive and not too personable. My husband told me after each time don’t call them back. We’ll, after Jackie left today 3/17/22 my husband told me to save their numbers because mister Jackie went above and beyond our expectations. We had lots of questions at first (we’re always skeptics when it comes to plumbing work or electricians and we like to know every detail to the T). But Jackie explained every little thing to us told us how much all them parts were. He was super super nice and very educated. He helped with some electrical as well!! He showed my husband how to work the garage doors because we thought the wires or something were broke and an electrician actually told us it would be a $200 job minimum after he looked at the doors and such. Also, Jackie fixed the outlets in my sons room!!! It ended up being a short from where I didn’t tighten the wires tight enough when I redone the whole house but still Jackie went way way way above and beyond. I love this company love the people and will always be calling them for any issues! These are some real quality people and y’all should give them a try. You won’t regret.

  Great experience with choo chop Rooter. We were without water due to a main line break. They were fast to get to us, very professional and friendly, and did a great job on the work at a good price. I recommend them, and I'll be calling them next time I need a plumber.

  They took care of everything! Timely and professional as well as knowledgeable! They were relentless on fixing my clogged drain and found a pipe leak under the house which they replaced same day! Also very flexible with my work schedule allowing me to return to work while they completed the repair under the house!
