  Always great experience with Choate’s. This time they installed a tankless water heater. They always leave your home as clean and neat as it was when they arrive. No mess to clean up. Employees are always polite and helpful. Just a great company to partner with as a homeowner.

  I purchased an HVAC system from Choates approximately 4 1/2 years ago and I have been very satisfied. I currently have Choates come out every 6 months just to service unit before winter or summer. All of the Technicians have been professional and pleasant. I had two you men out today(Camaron Baptist and his trainee)who were very pleasant, polite and professional. I have also had some other favorites like Mike Langhom. I think he was my technician this past winter. I would recommend Choates to anyone needing an HVAC system .

  Choates installed our new HVAC this past summer, they have fixed several minor plumbing issues and today they installed a new hot water heater. They are a great company and all of their plumbers and HVAC people have done excellent work.
