  Our heater stopped working when it was freezing out, and I called and let them know the problem. So they sent us a very experienced Service Tech and he came in, got it working and we paid a very reasonable price. Then, a couple hours later the heater acted up again and stopped working again! So, I called them back after hours and let them know it stopped working again. They let me know first thing in the morning that the same Service Tech would be at our house. He showed up got it working, and stayed for a while to make sure it continued working. I then asked how much would it be and he said you paid us already yesterday, so there is no charge! He then went and did a couple more service calls, then called hours later to make sure that it was still working!!...and it was! That just solidified that I called the right company for the job, and I will continue doing business with them!

  Was told that they couldn't find a leak and the test they needed to do would cost over 600.00..got a second opion and it was only a loose valve..

  If your business hours say you open at 1 after lunch then open at 1... just drove all the way into town at 1:15 and you’re closed... I called to be told “she should be back from lunch in 15-20 min”.... I said “your hours say you open at one” to which I get the response “yes we should be” THEN BE OPEN AT ONE SO I DONT WASTE MY TIME DRIVING INTO TOWN!!!!
