  What a great experience working with Chesapeake Plumbing! Amanda was very responsive to our request for a quote on a new water-heater when ours quit working. She was quick in her response time and communicated all details very clearly. Once we confirmed we wanted to move forward, she adjusted their teams schedule to accommodate ours and to ensure us not having to be without hot water long than needed. Tim, who installed our new unit was awesome! He showed up on time, asked where he should park and was professional & personable from the first interaction. He was great with our dogs, he was respectful of me while I was working from home and gave updates to me as he worked. Tim got the new unit installed with zero issues and was polite and professional throughout. I HIGHLY recommend using the Chesapeake Plumbing team for any of your needs, my wife & I will absolutely be back. Oh and they were the cheapest of all of our quotes for the exact same unit! Great work Chesapeake Plumbing!

  Replace sump-pump. Our sump-pump was having issues. Called Chesapeake Plumbing. They arrived the very next day and made recommendation to replace instead of repair. Compared the cost and advantages/disadvantages with us. Immediately replaced. The pricing was upfront. No surprises. I am not qualified to judge the quality of the sump-pump installed but it is working! They told me I need not worry about it for several years to come. A very professional interaction. No drama.

  I had a new sump pump and back up pump installed. It’s very important that I have a good working pump. l live near the water and the pump goes off frequently. The tech ( Gary) was very professional and well knowledge. They quoted me a price on the phone and it was spot on. They cleaned up there mess and explained everything they had done. Very happy with my experience and will definitely use this company for any future things I need done.
