  I called and begged them to stay 5 extra mins so that i may pay my bill and have service restored because you must do this in person. They absolutely refused to stay the 5 mins! I dont even owe the majority of the bill it is their mistake but instead of listening to the customer they tell me I must pay hundreds of dollars I do not owe and can easily prove their mistake and only then will they restore my service and listen to my complaint. So 3 weeks plus no water and umpteen times tryimg to get here by 3 which is impossible all cause they messed up. I am completely fed up with this place and i am going to be heard because this is the absolute worst customer service on the planet!!! I bet ya I domt even get an apology after their mistake is shown to them! And how about the weeks and weeks Ove went with no water! Do you think they gonna Payne for their goof? What a joke!

  1st who closes at 3pm ?? Give the people that actually work a chance to come and pay their bill!! Then 2nd to top it off they finally got it where we could go online and pay!!! Then guess what!!! They took that away smh This is the only company that is difficult to deal with
