Travis and his team were honest, quick with service, and did great work on our new heater. They know what they’re doing and they are able complete the work for a fair price. Of the five local quotes we got they were one of cheapest options without compromising on quality or wait time. Excited to have hot water within a day of getting the quote!

Travis and his dad responded to my initial inquiry immediately and made a trip out to our house in Chattanooga the following morning. They arrived early and took a good look at our original water heater before presenting my wife and I with some options and their recommendations. Ultimately, the most cost effective option for us was to replace the water heater entirely, and I appreciated that Travis didn't try to sway us one way or the other. He simply gave us the information and options and gave us space to choose what made since for us. From start to finish, Travis and his dad were here for about two hours, and we now have a new water heater that works beautifully. The warranty covers us for six years, and we feel greater about our experience with Chattanooga Water Heater Co.

Chattanooga Water Heater was on time, courteous, professional, came prepared and had my old water heater out and new water heater installed within one hour. I appreciated the flat cost which covered all costs; part's, labor, taxes and removal of old tank. Highly recommend if you need your water tank replaced. Great company.
